Operational Guidelines For School Chairs

Proper Use
Students should maintain a correct sitting posture when using school chairs, keeping both feet flat on the floor and their backs against the backrest; rocking, jumping onto, or standing on the chairs is prohibited. Tilting the chair to use it as a "seesaw" or stacking chairs for climbing is strictly forbidden to prevent falls and injuries.

Moving and Handling
When moving a chair, hold the seat or backrest with both hands; do not drag the legs, as this can damage the floor or the chair itself. Ensure stability when stacking chairs for storage and do not exceed safe stacking height limits to prevent collapse.

Maintenance and Inspection
School chairs should be inspected regularly for loose screws or connectors, rusted metal parts, and cracked or worn seat surfaces. Chairs that are damaged or unstable must be repaired or replaced promptly. Use mild cleaning agents for routine cleaning and avoid strong acids or alkalis to protect the chair's surface.

Classroom Management Guidelines
Chairs in the classroom should be arranged neatly to keep aisles clear and avoid obstructing evacuation routes. During special events or when moving chairs, arrangements should be coordinated by a teacher or designated personnel to ensure safety and orderliness.
